I thoroughly enjoyed reading this: fast-paced, topical, absorbing and plausible. It takes a complex and highly charged situation and applies solutions, with political and criminal twists and turns all the way through. I am a fan of Gerald Seymour, and this is up there with him. I could also see a TV adaptation along the lines of The Night Manager.
